Hand-blended, hand-dipped incense with a warm, spiced floral scent.

Rose and geranium sit with clove and black pepper, over patchouli, thyme and bergamot. Rich and a bit romantic, good for slow evenings and people you like. Each jar holds twenty cones, which burn for about 15 minutes each, and a small unakite stone.

The History

The word "incense" originates from the Latin incendere, meaning “to burn.” Its use can be traced back to ancient Egypt, where it played a significant role in ceremonial rituals.

Notes

Certain essential oils may be harmful to animals. Please exercise caution and keep this product out of reach of both children and pets.

To Recycle

Peel away the labels from the glass jar. The glass can be recycled with other glass items. Unfortunately, the label and plastic cap are not recyclable.

How to use

Light the tip of the incense cone until it catches flame. Gently blow out the flame, leaving the cone smoldering with a soft glow. If the glow fades, simply re-light and try again. Place the cone on a stable, fireproof dish or burner, and allow it to burn through completely. Never leave burning incense unattended, and enjoy approximately 15 minutes of its soothing fragrance.

Ensure the incense is completely extinguished before moving or discarding ash. Store any unused cones within the jar, as the essential oils may cause damage to surfaces.

For a slow evening, pair it with the Hinoki Self-Massage Oil and a piece of Raw Rose Quartz.

I started out making things to help people slow down. These days I’m more interested in what comes after that: making with your hands, being in a room with people, and things you actually use rather than save for best.
