Lovely cooling crystal, like sea spray on your mind and body when you are feeling hot and bothered. I like to pair it with release aromatheraphy roller, put some on your feet, wrists and back of neck, hold your crystal, shut your eyes and imagine sitting on a wall and the sea breeze hitting your face and all your worries drifting out to sea.
