A fully handmade, refillable leather field journal crafted from blue patinated leather with a cream cross-stitched rabbit and soft blue elastic detailing. Compact and practical, it's designed to be carried every day, ready for notes, sketches, lists and ideas as they come.
The rabbit design is hand-stitched directly into the leather using waxed thread, creating a tactile cross-stitched finish that makes every journal slightly unique. Whilst designs may be revisited, no two pieces will ever be exactly the same.
Includes four lined notebook inserts.

A return to making
This piece sits within a wider return to craft for me. Recently, my focus has shifted toward making with hands rather than screens, toward time, material and repetition.
The stitched detail is a continuation of that, adding a slower, more deliberate process to the work.
I’m interested in creating objects that change through use, rather than staying fixed. Pieces that soften, mark and evolve over time.

Each journal is made slowly by hand in South East London. From cutting the leather to stitching the surface and setting each eyelet, every step is carried out individually.
They are produced in small batches, shaped by the time and care involved in making them. I hope that process carries through into how they are used and lived with over time.
