Hand-blended, hand-dipped incense that smells like a walk through damp woods.

Oakmoss, patchouli, eucalyptus, cedarwood and clary sage, the same blend as the Immerse Pulse Oil and Forest Moss Bath Soak, make a deep, green, earthy smoke. One for grey afternoons with the windows shut. Each jar holds twenty cones, which burn for about 15 minutes each, and a small moss agate stone.

The History

The word “incense” is derived from the Latin incendere, meaning “to burn.” Its use can be traced back to ancient Egypt, where incense was widely employed in ceremonial rituals.

Notes

Some essential oils may be harmful to animals. Please use with caution and keep this product out of reach of both children and pets.

How to use

Light the tip of the incense cone until it catches flame. Gently blow out the flame, leaving the cone smoldering with a soft glow. If the glow fades, simply re-light and try again. Place the cone on a stable, fireproof dish or burner, and allow it to burn through completely. Never leave burning incense unattended, and enjoy approximately 15 minutes of its soothing fragrance.

Ensure the incense is completely extinguished before moving or discarding ash. Store any unused cones within the jar, as the essential oils may cause damage to surfaces.

For a deep, green evening, pair it with the Forest Moss Bath Soak and Immerse Pulse Oil.

Hands mixing a face mask in a handmade ceramic bowl

I started out making things to help people slow down. These days I’m more interested in what comes after that: making with your hands, being in a room with people, and things you actually use rather than save for best.
