Are your products vegan?

Yes! All of our formulated skin and body care products are 100% plant-based.

Are your products cruelty free?

Yes! Our products are never tested on animals, and we ensure that all our ingredient suppliers are also cruelty-free.

Are your products organic?

While most of our ingredients are organic, we are still working to find organic alternatives for some botanicals. Organic ingredients are marked with a * in our ingredient lists.

Are your products suitable for all skin types?

Our products are formulated with a variety of ingredients that cater to different skin types, but we recommend reviewing individual product details or consulting with us if you have specific skin concerns. We also offer samples to help you try products before committing to full sizes.

Do you preserve your products?

We believe in using only the best ingredients for your skin, but preservatives are essential for product safety and longevity. Without preservatives, our products would have a very short shelf life and could become contaminated. We use plant-based preservatives for all our products. For water-based products, we use organic acids like Sodium Levulinate (from starch) and Sodium Anisate (from anise and fennel). Our oil-based products are preserved with vitamin E from wheatgerm oil.

Which products are safe for use when pregnant or breastfeeding?

Many of our products contain essential oils, which may not be safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding. However, our Black Earth Detox Mask, Chaga Mallow Mask, Terra Mari Polish, and Rose Quartz Water are all free from essential oils and safe for use during this time.

I’m sensitive to essential oils. Can I use any of your products?

Yes! Our Black Earth Detox Mask, Chaga Mallow Mask, Terra Mari Polish, and Rose Quartz Water are all free from essential oils. You can also check our Pairing Guide or email us for advice on which products would best suit your skin.

Can I try your products before I purchase?

We have stockists across the UK and Europe, so feel free to contact us, and we can direct you to a store with testers. Alternatively, we offer luxury sample sizes so you can try products at home before committing to the full size.

What is the shelf-life of your products?

Each product has either a PAO (Period After Opening) symbol, showing how long the product lasts after opening, or a Best Before symbol indicating the "Best Used By" date. In most cases, this is 12 months from manufacture. To ensure freshness, store your products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Are your products safe?

All our products are rigorously safety assessed by an external chemist before they are made available. We manufacture in a lab that complies with good manufacturing practices (GMP), and all our products are logged and tracked in accordance with UK and EU regulations.

How long does it take for orders to ship?

We process orders within 3-4 working days of receipt. If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you as soon as possible by email.

How long does delivery take?

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Hour (trackable) and should arrive in 2-3 working days. However, this is not a guaranteed service and delays may occur. For urgent orders, please contact us in advance.

International orders are shipped via UPS and include tracking. Delivery can take up to 4 weeks, depending on customs. All international orders are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and the customer is responsible for any customs fees. If the parcel is returned due to unpaid fees or failure to pick up, shipping costs will not be refunded, and any return fees will be deducted from your refund. If the return fees exceed the order value, no refund will be provided.
