Shipping policy

UK Delivery

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Delivery: Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked (usually 2-3 working days after dispatch)

  • Express Delivery: Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked (usually 1 working day after dispatch)

Both services are fully trackable. Please note that our 3-4 working day dispatch window still applies before your parcel is sent. If you require your order more urgently, get in touch ahead of placing it and we’ll do our best to help.


International Delivery

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery times vary depending on your location and customs processing but can take up to 4 weeks.

If you’d like a faster service, please contact us before ordering for an express shipping quote.

All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), excluding the U.S. This means any customs fees, import taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please monitor your tracking details in case customs clearance is required.

If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges or failure to collect, shipping costs are non-refundable and any return fees will be deducted from your refund. If these fees exceed the value of the order, no refund will be issued.

For Adorned jewellery, please allow extra time for customs clearance as some countries require additional handling for precious metals and gemstones.


International Delivery – USA

All US orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Once your parcel arrives in the United States, it is handed over to USPS (United States Postal Service) for final delivery. This service provides full tracking and requires a signature from the named recipient on delivery, so please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel.

Orders are shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP), meaning all customs fees and taxes are covered in advance by us. You will not be charged anything extra on delivery.

Delivery times are typically 1–4 weeks, depending on US customs processing and local delivery times.

For security, we may contact US customers by email to confirm their order before dispatch. This is a simple step to help prevent fraudulent transactions and ensure your order reaches you smoothly.

Once an order has been marked as delivered and signed for by USPS, Palm of Feronia cannot be held responsible for loss or theft. In such cases, customers may be asked to assist with USPS’s investigation before any claim can be considered.
