Are your products vegan?

Yes! All of our formulated skin and body care products are 100% plant-based. Our Adorned jewellery is crafted from natural gemstones, sterling silver, and occasionally pearls. Any pieces containing pearls are clearly noted in the product description.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. None of our products or ingredients are ever tested on animals, and we ensure all our suppliers are cruelty-free too.

Are your products organic?

Many of our ingredients are organic, and these are marked with a * in our ingredient lists. For a few botanicals, we’re still seeking organic alternatives.

Why does my product look different to the last batch? 

As we work with natural, seasonal ingredients, each harvest can bring subtle differences in colour, texture, or fragrance. This is part of what makes our products special – a reflection of the earth’s cycles. Each batch is made with the same care and formulation, but if you ever have concerns, please get in touch.

Are your products suitable for all skin types?

Our skincare is created with a variety of skin types in mind. If you have specific sensitivities or concerns, check individual product details or reach out for tailored advice. We also offer sample sizes to help you find what works for you.

Do you preserve your products?

Yes. We use plant-based preservatives to ensure safety and longevity. For water-based products, this includes organic acids like Sodium Levulinate (from starch) and Sodium Anisate (from anise and fennel). Oil-based products are stabilised with vitamin E from wheatgerm oil.

Which products are safe for use when pregnant or breastfeeding?

Many of our products contain essential oils, which may not be suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. However, our Black Earth Detox Mask, Chaga Mallow Mask, Terra Mari Polish, and Rose Quartz Water are all free from essential oils and are safe to use.

I’m sensitive to essential oils. Can I use any of your products?

Yes. The Black Earth Detox Mask, Chaga Mallow Mask, Terra Mari Polish, and Rose Quartz Water are all essential oil-free. For tailored recommendations, get in touch.

Can I try your products before I purchase?

We offer luxury sample sizes of our skincare range so you can try them at home. You can also visit one of our stockists – contact us and we’ll help you find a store near you.

What is the shelf-life of your products?

Each product has either a PAO (Period After Opening) symbol, showing how long the product lasts after opening, or a Best Before symbol indicating the "Best Used By" date. In most cases, this is 12 months from manufacture. To ensure freshness, store your products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Are your products safe?

Yes. All products undergo rigorous safety assessments by an external chemist and are produced in a lab that complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). We also meet all UK and EU regulations.

Adorned Jewellery Care

Each Adorned necklace is intuitively designed and handcrafted with natural gemstones and sterling silver, designed to be treasured for years to come.

  • While securely strung, please avoid pulling or tugging to keep it in the best condition. Although strong, the cord or wire can break under excess weight or strain.
  • Remove your necklace before bathing, swimming, or exercising to prevent tarnishing.
  • Store in a dry place, away from humidity and direct sunlight.
  • Perfume, lotions, and cleaning products may affect the silver and stones – allow skincare to absorb before wearing.
  • Over time, silver may develop a natural patina which can be gently polished with a soft cloth.

Repairs & adjustments: If you need a length adjustment or restringing, we can offer this service for a small fee. Should your necklace break, please contact us to discuss a repair.

Custom pieces: If a sold-out design has caught your eye, we may be able to create a one-of-a-kind piece in a similar mood or feel. Get in touch to discuss a commission.

How long does it take for orders to ship?

We process orders within 3-4 working days. If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you by email.

How long does delivery take?

  • UK: Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked – 2-3 working days (delays may occur during busy periods).

  • International: Royal Mail International Tracked – delivery times vary depending on location and customs, often up to 4 weeks.

All international orders are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

What if I don't receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and we’ll help.

Has anything changed for orders shipping to the USA?

Yes. From 29 August 2025, the U.S. has removed its de minimis exemption. This means that all parcels, regardless of value, will now go through customs clearance and may be subject to import duties, tariffs, or handling fees.

These charges are set by U.S. customs and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may also be slightly longer due to additional processing.
