Quantity

The Ritual

Heat 200ml of milk on the stove.
Add 2 tsp of powder to a cup.
Add a drop of hot milk to the powder & mix to create a paste.
Pour over the remaining hot milk & stir.
Sweeten to taste.
Dust with cinnamon.
For an iced latte - repeat the steps above, allow to cool, and add ice.
Use up to 4 tsp a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

An absolute treat

The Helios was recommended for me to try as I’ve been suffering with quite bad gut issues that’s causing all sorts for quite a while and initially I was a little hesitant, however, this is absolutely worth every penny and I’m already hooked - it’s so rich and lightly slightly sweet (in a good way) and smells wonderful; a perfect afternoon or evening warm drink with a little honey or natural agave sweetener. Of-course too soon to reviews its impact on the gut issues as I’ve only started it 3 days ago but I trust the Lady Apothecary brand and the ingredients (the blend comprises a great list including triphala too). P.s. the Palm of Feronia packaging it came in is so very gorgeous too!

Digestive saviour!

Originally posted on the Lady Apothecary store. This blend is so tasty! and sweet, but the good kind of sweet, with no sugar! I think it must be the liquorice. I usually hate liquorice but this doesn't taste aniseedy, just sweet and yummy. I am really enjoying this before bed most nights. I like to make mine with oat milk. This has surprisingly helped my skin? Not what I expected or the reason I drank it, but my acne has significantly reduced, less red sore spots and my complexion seems brighter.

I look forward to brewing a cup every morning and it's the perfect start to my day - especially in the grey, cloudy weather where you really need a pick-me-up. After my first few cups I noticed an improvement in my digestion (I suffer with a slow, sluggish system) and realised it's because of the addition of Triphala - a herb I'd previously used for gut health. Naturally sweet - but not too much so - with the perfect balance of spices. It feels like a real healing treat and will remain a staple for me.

Originally posted on the Lady Apothecary store. I have tried quite a lot of turmeric latte blends but this one! its sweet and got a little kick and I LOVE that it has marigold flowers in this. I have been drinking this for about a month and I have to say my tummy is feeling calming. I was suffering from a lot of bloating and now not so much, I haven't changed anything else in my diet. I will be definitely ordering more of this!
