‘Of the Moon’ Herbal Infusion

A herbal tea blend inspired by the connection between the menstrual cycle and the rhythms of the moon. People have long tracked their cycles by the moon, and in close communities it was often said that ‘moon time’ came for everyone at once.

Raspberry leaf, red clover and lady's mantle are blended with marigold and rose petals for a soft, green, lightly floral cup. Infuse a teaspoon in 200ml of hot water for 15 minutes, then strain. Formulated by Emma Marigold of ARTÁ, a medical herbalist and Ayurvedic practitioner.

About the blend

Raspberry leaf, red clover and lady’s mantle have long been used in Western herbal traditions around the menstrual cycle.

I started out making things to help people slow down. These days I’m more interested in what comes after that: making with your hands, being in a room with people, and things you actually use rather than save for best.
