Add one teaspoon-full of tea per cup to a tea infuser or teapot. Pour over boiled water that has been left to cool for a few minutes. Leave to infuse for 2 minutes for a milder tea or up to 4 minutes if you prefer a stronger brew.

Genmaicha is a premium green tea from the Kagoshima Province in Japan. With high-grade, steamed sencha leaves blended with fire-toasted rice to bring a nutty flavour and natural sweetness. A slightly sweet green with a unique "popcorn" flavour. Naturally low in caffeine but an energising blend, Genmaicha is best enjoyed in the morning or afternoon.
A 25g pouch will provide 10 cups, or 20 if you choose to second brew.
