Peel away the labels from the glass jar. The glass jar can be recycled with other glass items. Unfortunately, the lid and label cannot be recycled. You can also reuse the jar as you wish (we find them great for keeping little trinkets, buttons, or even as a salt dish!).

Our Moon Balms are packaged in a recyclable box.

Warm the balm in your palms, cup your nose, and inhale the aroma. Gently massage the balm into your temples, wrists, feet, abdomen, or breasts for soothing tension relief and a fragrant experience.

Each product has a minimum 12-month shelf life when stored correctly. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat or sunlight.

Fantastic!

I have issues with swollen feet and ankles and docs are dragging their feet in finding out what's causing it, I use the moon balm before bed and I don't wake up with swollen feet and ankles and I use throughout the day to keep the swelling down as the more I walk the more they swell, can't compliment this product enough, it's been a lifesaver for me as prior to using this i couldnt get most of my shoes and boots on my feet or zipped up!

Miracle balm!

This is my second review. I cannot rave about this miracle balm enough! Aside from helping through my horrendous pms aches I recently used it on my neck and shoulder to help with a trapped nerve issue I'd been suffering with for a few weeks. I don't know why I didn't think about using it before but after still having pain after acupuncture and being told to rest (which my work just won't allow) I massaged a good amount into my neck and shoulder and the very same day I was right as rain. I doubt it's a coincidence because this balm really helps me out every single time I use it.

PMS saviour

This balm is an absolute life saver for my raging PMS. I gave it a go as a last ditch natural remedy and I haven't looked back since!

Helps my aches and I smell great!

Helps to soothe aches from monthly cycle and I tend to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy things almost daily so this really helps to soothe the muscles on my back and hips. I also smell absolutely wonderful, so woody, herbaceous and earthy.
