If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or place an order.
These Terms apply only to purchases made directly through www.palmofferonia.com. Wholesale orders, trade accounts and purchases made through authorised stockists are subject to their own terms.
I may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the website, the business or legal requirements. The latest version will always be published on this page.

I reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the website where I reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or where it is necessary to protect the website, customers or the business.

Customers are welcome to share photographs of products they have purchased on social media for personal use. Any commercial use of images, branding or content requires prior written consent.
5. Placing an Order
When you place an order through www.palmofferonia.com, you'll receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance of it.
A contract between you and Palm of Feronia Ltd is only formed once your order has been accepted and dispatched. Until that point, I reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for any reason permitted by these Terms or by applicable law.
I reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund any order before dispatch where it is reasonable to do so, including but not limited to:
- an item is no longer available;
- a pricing or product description error has occurred;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected;
- incorrect customer information has been supplied;
- shipping restrictions prevent delivery;
- circumstances beyond my reasonable control prevent fulfilment.
Where an order cannot be fulfilled, any payment taken will be refunded to the original payment method as soon as reasonably possible.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all billing, delivery and contact information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Palm of Feronia Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
6. Products
Every Palm of Feronia product is designed, formulated or handcrafted in small batches.
Many products are made using natural materials including gemstones, freshwater pearls, leather and botanical ingredients. These materials naturally vary in colour, pattern, texture, inclusions and markings, meaning no two pieces will ever be completely identical.
Product photographs are intended to represent each item as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device settings, and natural variation should be expected.
Where a product is described as one of a kind, you will receive the exact piece shown.
Where multiple versions of the same design are available, slight variations between pieces should be expected and are not considered faults.
Measurements provided throughout the website are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of each item. Where dimensions, weights or capacities are stated, these are approximate and may vary slightly between handmade pieces.
I reserve the right to make minor changes to products, packaging or materials where necessary, provided these changes do not materially affect the quality, function or intended use of the product.
Skincare formulations may occasionally be updated to improve stability, sourcing or ingredient availability. Where significant changes are made, product descriptions will be updated accordingly.
7. Skincare Products
The skincare collection is created using carefully selected botanical ingredients and is intended for cosmetic use only.
Product descriptions are provided for general information and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
It is your responsibility to review the full ingredients list before purchasing, particularly if you have known allergies or sensitivities.
Because every individual's skin is different, Palm of Feronia Ltd cannot guarantee that products will be suitable for every user. Patch testing before first use is always recommended.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under the care of a healthcare professional, please seek appropriate medical advice before using products containing essential oils or other active botanical ingredients.
8. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency applicable to your selected market.
Prices may vary between countries to reflect differences in exchange rates, local taxes, import duties, shipping arrangements and other costs associated with selling internationally. The applicable price is the price displayed to you at checkout in your selected market and currency.
Where products are sold using a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) service, prices may include an adjustment to account for applicable import taxes, customs duties and handling fees paid before dispatch.
Where products are sold using a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) service, any import duties, taxes or customs charges payable in the destination country remain the responsibility of the customer.
I reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Despite every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, occasional errors may occur. If a product has been listed at an incorrect price, I reserve the right to cancel the order before dispatch and issue a full refund.
Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.
Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers, including Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Palm of Feronia Ltd does not store or have access to your full payment card details.
Where applicable, VAT is charged in accordance with UK legislation.
9. Gift Cards
Palm of Feronia gift cards are available as digital gift cards.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift cards may be redeemed against products available for purchase through www.palmofferonia.com until the balance has been used in full.
If the value of an order exceeds the remaining gift card balance, the difference must be paid using one of the available payment methods at checkout.
Please keep your gift card details safe. Palm of Feronia Ltd cannot be responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, deleted or used without your permission.
Palm of Feronia Ltd reserves the right to refuse, cancel or suspend a gift card where fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected.
10. Shipping
Shipping, delivery estimates, customs arrangements and international delivery information are governed by the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Delivery times provided throughout the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Palm of Feronia Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, postal services, courier networks, adverse weather conditions, industrial action or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered may legally be imported into their destination country and for complying with any applicable local laws or import restrictions.
Where orders are shipped using a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) service, any customs duties, taxes or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.
11. Returns, Refunds & Repairs
Returns, refunds, cancellations and repairs are governed by the Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Returns & Refund Policy before completing your purchase. Nothing within these Terms affects your statutory rights.
12. Workshops & Events
From time to time, Palm of Feronia Ltd may offer workshops, classes or other in-person events.
Workshop places are only confirmed once full payment has been received.
If I need to postpone or cancel a workshop due to illness, insufficient bookings or circumstances beyond my reasonable control, you'll be offered either an alternative date or a full refund of the workshop fee.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, workshop bookings are non-refundable. If you're unable to attend, please contact me as soon as possible and I'll do my best to accommodate a transfer where circumstances allow, although this cannot be guaranteed. Any workshop-specific cancellation terms provided at the time of booking will apply.
Palm of Feronia Ltd cannot accept responsibility for travel, accommodation or any other costs incurred in connection with a cancelled or postponed workshop.
If you cannot attend, workshop places may not be resold without my prior written agreement.

All content on this website is provided for general information only.
While I make every effort to ensure information is accurate and up to date, occasional errors or omissions may occur.
I reserve the right to amend product descriptions, photography, pricing and other website content where necessary without prior notice.
14. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
Subject to this, Palm of Feronia Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products, including loss of income, loss of profits, loss of business or loss of opportunity.
Palm of Feronia Ltd is not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by third-party delivery providers once an order has been dispatched, although I'll always do my best to help resolve any issues where possible.
The information provided throughout this website is intended for general guidance only and should not be relied upon as medical, legal or professional advice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Circumstances Beyond My Control
I won't be responsible for delays or failure to fulfil my obligations where these result from circumstances beyond my reasonable control.

- industrial action or postal strikes;
- customs delays;
- supplier shortages;
- severe weather;
- fire, flood or other natural events;
- power or internet outages;
- government restrictions or changes in legislation;
- pandemics or public health emergencies;
- failure of third-party systems or courier networks.
This also includes interruptions affecting suppliers, payment providers, technology platforms or other third parties relied upon to operate the business.
Where possible, I'll always keep you informed and fulfil your order as soon as reasonably practicable.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
