A £15 deposit will secure your spot, redeemable against any future purchase from our collection.

- Booking & Deposit: A non-refundable £15 deposit is required to secure your 20-minute consultation. The deposit will be redeemable as store credit towards a purchase after your session.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before your appointment without losing your deposit. Missed appointments or rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the booking will forfeit the deposit.
- Redemption: The £15 deposit can only be redeemed once and must be used within 30 days of your consultation.
- Consultation Focus: This consultation covers skincare, crystal healing, or tea suggestions. Please specify your area of interest when booking.
- Purchase Minimum: The £15 deposit will be applied towards purchases of £30 or more.
- Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable, but you can reschedule once within the guidelines.
