Our Pouchong Oolong Tea is a whole leaf tea, hand-picked at 1500 - 2500 feet above sea level in Pin Lin, Taiwan. Despite its oolong status, the Pouchong tea sits somewhere between an oolong and a green tea; more mellow than a traditional oolong but stronger than a green tea - a great tea to start with if you're new to loose leaf teas.

Each leaf is hand-picked, rolled, and dried for a delicate and refreshing tea. Naturally low in caffeine, this tea can be enjoyed throughout the day. A 25g pouch will provide 10 cups, or 20 if you choose to second brew.

Tea Ceremony

Creating moments of pause, the ritual of tea-making is a simple act of self-care. With a rich history in the East, tea ceremonies were practiced by Buddhists monks in Japan, founded upon the reverence of the beautiful rituals in daily life. A tea ceremony can represent harmony, respect, purity, and tranquillity and allows space within the day to practice gratitude and presence.

Notes

Vegan. 100% Natural Ingredients, derived from Mother Earth. No preservatives, artificial colourants, or fragrances.

This tea has a 36-month shelf life if stored correctly. Please store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat or sunlight.

To Recycle

Both the pouch and label are fully biodegradable.

The Ritual

Add one teaspoon-full of tea per cup to a tea infuser or teapot. Pour over boiled water that has been left to cool for a few minutes.

Leave to infuse for 2 minutes for a milder tea or up to 4 minutes if you prefer a stronger brew. Take a moment to yourself to enjoy the blend.

Leaves can be reused for a second brew. Pair with our Neroli Citrine Facial Tonic, Ground Aromatherapy Pulse Oil, or a Mookaite Jasper crystal for a refreshing and inspiring ritual.
